In a recent court showdown with his baby mother Nia Guzman, Chris Brown
came out with a rare legal win. The judge denied Guzman’s request
Tuesday [May 24] to restrict Brown’s contact with their daughter Royalty and while she is with him to have tight supervision.
According to TMZ,
the judge actually sided with Chris and kept the current order of joint
custody between the two parents. He will also get to see his daughter
for 12 days out of the month with unsupervised visits. Guzman was always
aiming to up the ante in her monthly child support checks from $2500 to
a whopping $16k, although that wasn’t up for discussion.
Royalty seems to be Brown’s motivation to stay on track (after all he
did name is most recent album after her) and we’re looking forward to
him keeping on this positive path.
